How do I become an LVMK Ambassador?

How does LVMK leave a mark?

We are excited to tell you that not only does LVMK commit a % of its profits to non-profit organizations, but team members of LVMK also volunteer their time with these organizations. We plan to do MORE MORE MORE! Stay tuned :)

When does my order ship?

Orders take 1-2 business days to process. Any orders placed after 5pm EST will be processed the next day. Orders on the Fri, Sat or Sun will be processed on the following Monday.

How long does my order take to ship?

The transit time after your order has been processed will depend on which shipping option you select at the checkout and where you are in the world:


Overnight (Next Business days)

Express (3-5 Business days)

Standard (5-7 Business days)


The transit time for any order shipped outside of Canada can be anywhere from 7-21 business days, depending on what country the package is shipped to.

What are your shipping rates?

Shipping rates will vary by country. They will be calculated at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number or confirmation number?

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number 1-2 business days after the order has been processed. If you did not receive an order confirmation or tracking number, please contact us at info@lvmkapparel.com

What if I need to make changes or cancel my order after placing it?

How do I care for my item?

To ensure the garment's longevity please be sure to machine wash cold and hang dry (tumble dry low if limited time). To save water and energy, we also ask that you only wash when absolutely needed. LVMK and the rest of the planet Earth thank you! :)

How do I know what sizes fits me?

Unless noted otherwise, all of our clothes fit true to size. To find out more please consult our sizing charts page. If you need additional help, email us at info@lvmkapparel.com.  

Will unavailable sizes/styles be restocked?

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not restock any items that have been sold out. If it is something you really REALLY need, email us at info@lvmkapparel.com

What is you return and exchange policy?

We will happily return or exchange any item within 30 days after the purchase is made. No questions asked. PLEASE NOTE: All international sales are final. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges outside of Canada at this time. For more detailed information refer to REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY (Click here).

How long will it take for my return to be processed?

Your return should be processed within 10-15 business days (Mon-Fri). This factors in transit time for the returned item to arrive at our warehouse, garment inspection time, and the time needed for the transaction to process. If you do not see a refund to your original payment method within 10-15 business days, please email info@lvmkapparel.com
